The hotel is clean and the location is very convenient. The room setting is very strange with a wall dividing the beds and the bathroom area. It was very noisy, we could hear the people next door and woke up with their alarm clock at 4am. The hotel has a restaurant, however, breakfast is offered next to the reception and not at all appetizing. There is no ice machine, but bags of ice in a freezer at the lobby.

My reservation was cancelled. I showed the gentleman at the hotel reception the confirmation from Expedia on my phone, but he said they cancelled it and they had no more rooms available. I had to pay a suite. This is unacceptable. I had already paid the room at Expedia.

This is a very good property for the $, other than beware the parking adds $35/night. Clean, decent sized rooms, conveniently located. Nothing especially fancy, but nice. We have stayed here many times during our daughter’s 4 years at UM.
