have stayed at your property several times in the past and have always had pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit did not meet the usual standards. Upon arrival, I was assigned to room 520, which had an unpleasant odor. I was then moved to room 416, but the air conditioning and refrigerator were not functioning properly. Although replacements were eventually provided, this only occurred about 24 hours later. Additionally, on the morning of my second day, I requested housekeeping service, which never took place. When I returned that evening, I had to visit the Front Desk in person to request a set of towels. I wanted to share this feedback so you are aware of these issues and can address them to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention. I hope my next stay will reflect the high standards I have come to expect from your hotel.
