B and B should stand for bare bones. Elevator didn't work so had to haul luggage up 3 floors. The room was so noisy that management actually leaves packages or ear plugs for guest use. No shuttle so by the time I spent $50 on Ubers, I could've stayed at a real hotel for less money. Will not return.

Staff offered no water. When I asked if I could purchase a bottle I was told to go to the vending machine. (There’s only one in the entire hotel) and the water was sold out. Also, the front desk was a folding table.. very cheap looking situation combined with a relatively high price tag.

The door to my room did not lock. I used the latch at the top because it did not lock. The elevator did not work and had to walk 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. Receptionist asked if I want the room or refund…. At 1:30 am. Where would we go at that time of morning just getting off a plane.

The interior of the hotel is nice and new. However, The elevator was out and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which made us not want to explore the area because we would have an outside climb. Also the microwave was difficult to unlock to get your food out.

Room was ok and quiet given near the airport. When i arrived, elevators not working requiring guests to walk outside and up e the fire exits that were in disrepair. The room phones did not work and the internet was up and down. Emergency fire exits open all night in not the safest area… a place to stay to get cheap and pay cheap

The elevator was broken. I had to carry five bags of suitcases up to the fifth floor with my baby and small toddler, as there was no one to help. I asked the front desk for assistance, but there was no help available refused

⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed at the B & B Hotel in Miami and was very disappointed. The lift was not working during my entire stay, and my room was on the 4th floor. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs was extremely inconvenient. There was no communication, no apology, and no assistance offered. Definitely not the experience I expected.
