The only thing I did not like was there was no breakfast or restaurant facilities in the hotel. I had to get dressed and go to IHOP, which was right next-door to have coffee in the morning. Which isn't a big deal to some people but to me, I love my coffee in the morning. But other than that, it was wonderful. The front desk clerk helped me print out my luggage tags for my cruise. I'm 70 and I'm traveling alone and I felt very safe and they were extremely helpful. It took almost an hour for her to help me with my luggage tags, but she took the time and got them done. I think that is A1 customer service.
