The smell in the room was very overwhelming. We could not stay overnight due to the smell. There was also a lot of construction happening in the lobby and the feel was not welcoming. We did not get our moneys worth and truly think a refund would make this right, as we had to pay for another hotel.

No working hot water in the whole hotel! Told the front desk staff each day and nothing was done about it they suggested that each customer send an email ! I’m highly disappointed and upset that this was not addressed after being so patient with them .
