The Air conditioning would come off and on all night. it would get so hot in the room i could barely fall or stay asleep. Also, you have to request to have your room cleaned, new sheets, rags and towels smh just for them to run out of body rags and we had to wash up with big old towels. The TV stopped working and the microwave several times. I had to request for toilet paper several times. me and my boyfriend would wake up so itchy i had to buy anti itch cream. lastly the water barely gets hot. some positives were ihop and dennys were next door, parking was always available. the front desk was pleasant and the hotel was very quiet and hallways were clean especially the lobby. i just wish they would restock and automatically come around to clean our rooms instead of having to request and running out of towels.

Fairly new property so everything was okay there. Just thought maybe coffee station, bottle water or better convenient store would have been good. There is an IHOP on the compound so that was good for bfast.

I ain’t gone cap to ya not many parking spaces to park had to park on grass in the back and a pole was hanging in the parking garage the WiFi didn’t work said too many people was connected

If you want a room with walk-in shower, no tub, you must request. Limited availability. There is a tub with shower but no rubber mat to keep from slipping.There was an ice bucket but no glass even when requested they could not find a plastic cup. No food, no coffee, room cleaned every other day if requested the day prior. iHop next door helpful. Staff friendly in this under construction hotel. It's best feature, very quiet.

Amazing

I stayed for one night due to layover in Miami and I can say the service and cleanliness was outstanding. The check in was a breeze and as well as check out. I will be returning when I book a longer stay in Miami. I went solo but I can say this is also great for couples or groups of friends

The staffs are nice and acommodating, but away from restaurants no pool just to sleep that's all, you have to take taxi every time you go out. Children got bored no pool no activities and too expensive to not have amenities.No breakfast as well.

There is no deposit required in this property and the rooms are a little over average but the pricing and area says it all. Construction ongoing while my stay. Only one elevator out of the two working that would take forever to move from floor to floor. Stairs work to go down but to come back up you would need someone from the inside to let you in...

Pre and post cruise ship travel days.

New, clean, priced right, good location. Loved the room. However the bathroom tub faucet dripped (no big deal) and a screw fell off bathroom sink. Everything is new, nice. Just a few details to work out. Would stay again.
