Was an excellent budget hotel very near the beach. They had an outdoor pool which was unexpected for the price.

Very clean room, so close to the beach, they gave us chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach toys to take to the beach. I stayed with kids for 2 nights. Heated pool and free parking. I’m very satisfied

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was no heat in the room. Although we are aware that south Florida usually doesn’t have cold weather, for three days we were stuck in a freezing room. We asked for a space heater and although the lobby was nice and warm, there didn’t seem to be any accommodations for guest rooms. We were offered additional blankets which helped a little, but not enough. We had to wear our winter coats in the room. It was literally in the 50s in there. Bathroom was freezing. Kitchen was freezing. We had to take hot showers to defrost or get into our car for any heat or wait for the sun. We’re don’t think we should pay in advance for a hotel if it means being stuck in such adverse conditions. We feel a refund is in order, especially for the three days when we were extremely uncomfortable. Thank you for your consideration.

Staff is courteous. The bed in the deluxe king room was amazingly comfortable. Self parking with no charge is a plus on the beach. There was a loud conversation going on in the hallway about 3am though. Chairs for the beach are a plus. Short walk to the beach through the park.

While the staff was nice and welcoming, the building and room were dated, nothing like the pictures. The good: Location, parking, heated pool. Rooms with carpet can never be cleaned properly, bathroom exhaust didn't work, bathroom tub was partially clogged, rust all over the small fridge in the room.
