The bathrooms in the rooms are in need of maintenance. The hallway carpets are worn and need replacing. The restaurant is separate from the hotel, and the staff is inattentive.

Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Elevator stopped working during stay. Also a noisy area if you are a light sleeper (close to airport, lots of traffic, etc.). Overall decent place though if you are booking something prior to flying out the next day-only 5 minutes to the airport.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a joke. The driver drove past us three times and never looked over. I had to call three times to find out which stop we needed to get to. I will not be using the hotel shuttle if I come back.

Overall good experience. There was some issues with the shuttle because of the Marathon causing a traffic jam. All was good in the end only 1 hour kate for ship

The room was a very nice room. The front desk clerk was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The room was clean. It had all we needed, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave,Wifi and safe. The restaurant/bar was great. We didn't eat but had a few drinks. The bartender was super nice.

Rooms were clean. The pool was dirty. Had neighbors that smoked pot and partied ALL night and staff did nothing about it. We had an early flight so going all night with no sleep was terrible. When we complained to staff they spun it around on us like it was our fault. Will never stay at another Best Western again!!
