The staff in the hotel from the security guard, the house keeping, the maintenance guy (Cesar Andrei),the front desk personnel (Lourdes who is a tremendous human being and one of the managers, Sergio, David, Tamara are courteous, prompt to assist any husband, situation, fully knowledgeable of the Best Western product and overall absolutely professional within the Hospitality and tourism field..

Negative: No Shuttle bus from hotel to airport. Waited 2 hours in the area indicated by the hotel. We saw every other shuttle from other hotels drive by a few times but BW no show. Called the hotel, no answer. Disappointed. (Hired Uber service to get to hotel) Positive: The receptionist at the hotel was very pleasant (Sergio), provided transportation tips which were very helpful to move around the city.

Complete Remodel in progress!

We were in town for a wedding. The Hotel stay was good, however I wish they worked of mentioned that they in the middle of completely remodeling the Hotel, from carpets to painting. Staff was very pleasant and our room was clean.
