I couldn’t get through to the hotel at all—the phone line wasn’t even in service, and every email bounced back. There’s no working way to contact them, which is completely unacceptable
When I arrived, the place was filthy and falling apart. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the whole place smelled bad. On top of that, it was incredibly noisy with zero soundproofing.
The one staff member at the front desk left a line of guests waiting just to go fix some chairs. When he finally came back, he immediately got into an argument with another employee about a reservation—right in front of everyone.
They wouldn’t even let me check in at the posted check-in time because they were overbooked. And every time my key card touched my phone, it deactivated, so I had to keep going back to the front desk.
On top of everything, they charged hidden fees that were never mentioned online. This place was a disaster from start to finish.
