It was ok for one night.

It was ok for one night. Room was quite clean however the windows haven't seen a window cleaner in years! It was disgusting when we woke up and you couldn’t see much through our the windows. Thick layer of dirt on all windows and screens. Disgusting!

Property was great for a getaway to South Beach. Easy walking access to beach and dining. Hotel room itself has a weird damp smell, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to all the major attractions of South Beach, but far enough removed to not have noise issues. I was wrongly charged a restaurant charge that was removed, but the hotel does charge for everything, including an extra bottle of water.

Stay elsewhere

Room was run down and dingy. Was not worth a fraction of what was paid. There was a club outside the window bumping late in to the night. I should have known when I saw earplugs included in the toiletries it was going to be loud. Public restrooms were also unkept, as well as attached restaurant. The surprise resort fee at end of stay wasn't nice, either.
