This hotel has nothing special to justify how extremely overpriced it is. Check-in was a terrible experience. We booked a room for three people, and when we opened the door, the room had one queen bed in a very small space. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but instead they tried to accommodate three adults in one bed. The front desk insisted that our only option was to pay extra for a suite, even though we had already paid almost $900 USD for just one night. After calling the manager, they finally moved us to another room with two full beds, but by then the experience was already very frustrating. The rooms are very small. The beds are comfortable and the room has the basic amenities you need, but again—not for $900 per night. On a positive note, Quinto and the rooftop restaurant are really nice, with good service and a great atmosphere. Bottom line: a sweet-bitter stay. Also, be aware that parking is an additional $60 per day.

Beautiful hotel! The room, pool, and bas/restaurant were all wonderful. Great central location with tasty restaurants in walking distance but also central to other neighborhoods in the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great service and great location. The rooms are very nice as well spacious enough for four people. The valet service could improve, though, as you always have to approach them versus them approaching you Lots of restaurants, nearby and lots of people walking the streets. Felt very safe. There’s also a mall connected to the hotel.
