not the best in south beach, but not terrible

this hotel was super accommodating to last minute changes & any additional requests. can’t speak highly enough about the staff! they were super kind & helpful. I will say however, our room wasn’t in the best condition, at least the condition we expected. our bathroom had a continuous smell of vomit … would not go away at all. also, quite a few electrical outlets did not work & the bed sheets weren’t very comfortable. if you’re looking for convenience, this is a great hotel. but I would keep expectations low as far as the quality of the rooms :/

My room had a stopped up sink and a leak in the back of the toilet when i checked in. I requested a new room and even though they would accommodate that they didnt because they were going to send someone to fix the room issues So i packed my stuff up and went downstairs for nothing. There was also two towels with yellow stains on them. Then they did come the next day but it happened again & at this point i couldn't be bothered with calling again. The hallway carpet needs to be shampoo badly. The room size was ok. The staff was good too. The hotel was basically an upgraded motel. I personally wouldn't stay there again. There is entertainment downstairs and they gave a drink card for guest.

Stayed here for 8 nights, perfect location in the heart of south beach right on Collins ave. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, Huge thank you to Bosea and Charline at the front desk! They were very friendly and helpful and made our graduation trip very pleasant and memorable , I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a fair priced hotel right in the centre of all the attractions on south beach. We will be returning again soon!

I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s ok and you can sleep there, but it’s not the most pleasant hotel. Also, they have a sister property, which you could potentially use for swimming. However it is for 21plus - I was traveling with a kid, so no pool available. Other than that it’s a close walk to the beach and there are plenty of dinner options, drug store, etc. I felt safe there.

Fell Short of Expectations- Rating and location

Considering the hotel’s rating and its location, I had higher expectations for my stay. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service, requiring guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. The ice machine was also nonfunctional. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I found a towel with someone else’s hair embedded in it. On a positive note, it was nice that the hotel provided complimentary access to a lounge chair area on South Beach. However, it is important to note that guests must pay an additional fee for an umbrella, which is essential given the intense heat. Furthermore, the beach access area is a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel. While all the staff were courteous and willing to assist, when I requested a room change, I was informed that although I could move to a different floor, the conditions would remain the same.

We booked a room for a family with young kids. We went to use the pool the morning after we checked in and were told that the pool is for 21 years and older only, which had not been told to us before booking. We immediately checked out of the hotel and moved to a different hotel. Up until that point, we had had a mostly poor experience anyway and the pool being unavailable was the final straw. The hotel was outdated, more noticeable than in the pictures. Many of the amenities were not actually in the building but a short walk away. The elevator was broken, and it seemed had been that way for sometime. It seemed this hotel was geared toward a spring break party crowd and not a family. It was very loud at night. We could hear everything happening outside. A drunk man was banging on the door across the hall for about 45 minutes straight at 4AM. Redeeming qualities: The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly. I spoke to the manager about my disappointment with the pool situation and he did agree to refund us for the rest of our planned stay so that we could move to a different hotel with pool access for the kids.

Yeah, sure I had with the place it was because of the fact my daughter was near the edge of 21. We couldn’t use the pool because they said no life guard they don’t. When you look for an area where you wanna have pool and so forth, they don’t advertise that you have to be over 21 to utilize it so that I could’ve went to another hotel and had better service.

Staff very rude elevator was broken the entire time room was dirty had to ask several time dor linen before they actually got the item didn't even bring Items to the room they handed it to my on the steps for me to carry m when asking staff for items she was on the phone talking a personal call cursing about to situation
