It is a roach motel. You get clean bath towels and 2 pieces of bath sap the day you check in. If you need fresh towels, you need to go to the front desk.

It was very unfortunate that my stove and microwave were not working as I asked staff. They didn’t have any other stove in microwave for use. The AC was leaking water. I had saw a few roaches in the bathroom.
