Room was tiny, in need of repairs, and dirty. The smell was horrible and they have the smoking section right outside several rooms where the A/C units suck in the smoke smell right into the room. These rooms are priced at $200+ and definitely not worth it.

The pictures online were NOTHING like what the hotel looked like. There is no elevator. It looked like people live at the hotel. When we came in there was a homeless person being taken out on a stretcher that was found on their property. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work. I pulled back the bed sheets and exposed a brown dingy mattress. I only checked a couple corners for bed bugs. The room was small and looked like something out of a prison cell. We left after 15 mins and went to another hotel. Everything around the hotel had bars on windows and looked scary. We didn’t feel safe and were not the only people complaining about the hotel vs what they saw online.

The room was one of the worst I have stayed in. It felt like a closet that was falling apart. The paint was coming off, panels off the wall, parts of the tv hanging down, hangers but no closet. Bathroom was so small it was hard to close the door and turn around.

They offer free airport shuttle but failed to advise that it stops at 10 pm. I requested an ADA room but instead was placed on the 2d floor of a building that has NO elevator. It was 46 degrees in Miami - very cold - and the room AC was set to 60 degrees. It took an hour for the room to warm up to 70. Room was dirty - blanket was a WWII model. Postage stamp sized bathroom.

So much negative about this hotel I’m not sure where to begin: NO lights in parking lot, filthy carpets, bedding kept basically on the FLOOR, sticky remotes, clogged sink, moldy toilet paper! No help with luggage. No way I was going to attempt the breakfast with this level of decay in the room.

I wish I had pictures to show you how disgusting this hotel is. The hallway floors were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. That’s the first thing you see going to your room. The door frames were gouged out and painted over. The room was so tiny and made me feel like I was in a hotel for people that have one night stands or something. The bathroom was so tiny you had no place to put your things. The wall in the bathroom had bugs on it. The people were nice, but the room was disgusting. Thank God, I brought my own blanket and I didn’t sleep under those sheets. It wasn’t a cheap hotel, I expected more for my money. We would’ve stayed in a better hotel, but we had flown in and that was the only one that had a room. The shuttle was great. They got us to the hotel that night and back to the airport the next morning. This was a three star hotel and it should not be a three star hotel.

It is a very basic no frills get what you pay for hotel. The continental breakfast was poor- basically waffle iron, bread, sausages and cold cereals. Room was clean and bed comfortable. They need to provide a bathmat for showering. Front desk was pleasant. The airport shuttle service I found out the hard way, only runs once/hour- I ended up taking an Uber.

Hotel old and in poor repair. Hallway wasn’t vacuumed in the 3 days I stayed there. No elevator- no one to help carry luggage upstairs. Check in first day was awful- no one was allowed to check in before 3 and Libby and courtyard were full of people. I would not recommend this place if others are available.

Room was a bit undersized from expectation and the bathroom was between 6 and 9 sq ft. The main downside of the property was the loud longterm resident population and the amount of Marijuana that they managed to smoke on the property in the central courtyard.

Let me start by saying the staff was EXCELLENT - they were facing a flood of tired travellers bumped from their flights and handled several days worth of these challenges with grace, compassion and competence. The hotel itself is a decaying dump that Wyndam has paid pennies to rebrand and ignored massive infrastrucure problems with a coat of cheap paint and vinyl banners. It's obvious they've chosen to rip off travellers by misleading them with corporate branding and delivering a hotel that Tom Waits would be thrown out of.
