The transportation was broke down and they didnt let anyone know until we asked to make a reservation. Reason we booked it was for the shuttle to the airport. The pizza flyer in the lobby is a rip off. They only took cash and so they could up charge and scam people. Dont use it.

your description included shuttle to and from air port and to cruise ships had to argue to get picked up from the airport and they offered nothing to get to the port.your web description was a fraud.the room had a very small bathroom you could barley get into the shower Travelocity gave this hotel 4 stars i would hesitate for the price of the room to give it 1 star.I will not use trvelocity in the future.

A room to purchase snacks was located adjacent to my room. Whenever someone would enter that room a bell would go off and a recording would play. The bell and recording continued every 30 seconds while the person was in the snack room. This could be heard clearly in my room and kept us up all night.
