On the upside staff was pleasant and helpful, there were just not nearly enough of them around. There was seldom staff at the upstairs adult pool and guests regularly brought their children to the adult area. Additionally, there were children running through the lobby, unsupervised by parents or checked by staff. The facility was well maintained but dated. It was not the most expensive hotel in the area but for 800+/night, I expected more.

Staff is awful. So poorly trained. They didn’t clean our room for 2 days and even then I had to beg. The front desk blamed guests for “over using the bathroom” by the lobby. No accountability. Middle elevator has been broken for 2 years +. Great location and nice hotel but the poor service just isn’t worth it.

Such poor experience for the basics of such an expensive hotel. Requested a manager to speak to “one would get back to us” and “noted housekeeping issue” in my file. It used to be a lovely hotel

I was very unhappy with my experience this time around our rooms were not cleaned one day. They cleaned our room at 6 PM when I asked them to change my sheets. They said it wasn’t possible. Super bummed by this overall experience. Overall a super nice location and enjoyed the adults only pool! When we were arrived they said they would be bringing us a bottle of wine for being an Expedia VIP member. Never arrived despite following up at the front desk. The elevator wait was at least ten minutes every time you needed to go up or down. Countless people complaining about it every time! At check in we were told the Sky Bar would be open from 2:00-9:00. We made plans and were going to start our evening up there. Got there at 5 and it was closed. No signs, no explanations, staff didn't know why. We texted the personal concierge multiple times and never got a response back. Sinks not draining, missing housekeeping supplies, etc. Overall really disappointed that we chose this place for our trip
