Staff was not accommodating waited 9 hrs in the waiting room only to be told I could pay $80 for an early check in. If not I had to wait and she waited to check us in exactly at 3pm knowing we’ve been wall that time in the lobby.!

Okay stay

The airport shuttle didn't pick us up from airport. After waiting 30 minutes, we called and they said they were waiting for their new driver to arrive, it'll be another 30 minutes. We had to get a cab, we booked this hotel mainly because of the shuttle. Everything else with this hotel was ok.

The hotel was amazing clean, spacious, staff was really nice and helpful, airport shuttle was provided the driver was very nice and helpful, the hotel had morning breakfast it was not too bad, there is a pool, gym & computer room. I would definitely come back

If you have a baby and need a safe place for them to sleep, DO NOT STAY HERE. This place promotes cribs, when in fact they have two cribs for an entire hotel to use. I have a one year old. I called and emailed prior to our stay to confirm our need for crib - both were responded with ‘Of course just let us know when you check in’. After 9 hours of travel, we arrive at 8:30pm to no more cribs available. They simply said ‘your room has a sofa bed’ clearly they don’t have a baby to suggest something like that. Then they said they found another crib for us and to give them a few minutes for it. 10:30pm comes around and we’re fed up at this point. We just take a two queen bedroom. We go back down at midnight to see if the crib ever arrived and we were rudely greeted by a new host Mike. He was the most compassionate service employee I’ve ever dealt with. No apology for our mess up, no compensation for our troubles. Just ‘heres our managers card, you can talk to him in the morning’ I absolutely will be. And I will absolutely never stay at a Hampton chain ever again. The worst hotel experience ever.

Warm welcome from staff !

Staff member MIGUEL who was working the overnight shift during my stay was absolutely wonderful ! Not only was he efficient getting me all checked in he was kind compassionate and considerate of my unforeseen flight dilemma. He was so professional if I’m ever in the Miami area just to be in the area I will be staying at the Hampton Inn. I hope that I have the same encounter . In addition the room was immaculate!

Stayed night before our cruise. Close to airport- free shuttle was great! If using their options for shuttle to cruise port, make sure you pre-schedule. Limited time-slots. Uber was cheaper for us. Good breakfast options.

Morning staff that checks you in is incredibly rude. Particularly the young girl. She had us sitting in the lobby for 4 hours. Wouldn’t give my wife an update. Gave me an update just fine only after checking people in who literally walked in.
