Food quality at the restaurant was outstanding. It did not taste like a typical hotel restaurant. Wait staff attention was a bit lacking and a number of items as simple as water were not received. It was annoying but the quality of the items we ate somewhat outweighed that. The hotel ran out of soap for the shower and a couple hours later after a second request, they brought up hand soap bars. Again, annoying and surprising for a Hilton property, but overall it was an enjoyable stay at the property. The property overall was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The room was in good condition, on arrival however one of the bath towels was dirty and still on the shelves. The 'complimentary' shower gel an body lotion was empty, although we asked the cleaner and front desk for some it never arrived. The same with toilet troll which we ended up getting ourselves.

We stayed in a room that faced the ocean. Having a patio in your hotel room, made the room more spacious and also gave a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the sunset. The only big hiccup that I had at this hotel was the housekeeping did not come regularly like most hotels as well as supplying, clean towels, and toilet tissue. We had to contact the front desk, multiple times to get clean towels and toilet tissue. The water temperature wasn’t that hot at times it was lukewarm. Outside of those factors the hotel was in a good location as well as the amenities that were supplied and how convenient it was to get to everything. Please be aware there will be $100 per night hold on your card for each night that you stay. You have access to a free trolley that’s located right outside of the hotel entrance.

Valet loss keys to our rental. Hilton staff security kicked my son and I out of their gym facility. I will say that with every hiccup the staff tried their hardest to recover. FYI the reason we were kicked out of the gym is because my son could not be in the facility without and adult. Please note I said we were kicked out. I was with my son.

This hotel was just okay .. The beach was nice & close. The room was a bit dirty. The front desk staff didn’t go over any policy’s or charges, had to reach out to get a receipt. Still have not heard back. Breakfast was trash and overpriced, staff could care less more so attending to other staff than actual customers.
