Trash around the property was noticeable (stairwell, side and front of building). A beach property with 1 hook and 1 towel rack in the bathroom. Mind boggling. One incredibly loud speaker pool side instead of numerous speakers spread out for more controlled music level. Beach umbrellas and entire property was aged. Towel card needed for each towel. For the money, terrible value.

The resort itself was super nice, the rooms however weren’t very sound proof and we could often hear doors opening and people talking. Some things around the room didn’t work very well, our fan for example was very loud and made thumping noises. Other than that the room itself was pretty and the bathroom was very clean.

BEWARE....Property stolen out of our room. The hotel manager could care less. Hotel wouldn't call police. We had to contact police. Manager was very dismissive when we reported our belongings were taken from our locked room. No cameras in the halls and Habby claimed you cannot track who comes in and out of the rooms. Also, there's only one temperature in the room although there's a thermostat that you can use to adjust the temperature. The toilet runs all night long. Good luck trying to get wash clothes my housekeeping. The place is old looking and the water in the shower takes awhile to get hot.

Pros - very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Confortable beds. Cons - congested. Beach is in a tight space so people are on top of each other (although staff was excellent). Same with pool area. Construction next store made the upper pool not useable.
