As a Gold member I can say I have always visited these hotels and had an amazing time, however this location in particular has a man working in the kitchen (breakfast) area who is terrible and rude… I don’t need anyone to tell me what to do and how to do it when I’m grabbing my breakfast and enjoying my time at the hotel. Please talk to this guy and have him receive customer service training asap! El señor de la cocina que atiende el área del desayuno es lo peor. Mal educado, rudo y bocón. Alguien que le explique su role y cómo atender al customer porfavor. No es poco lo que uno paga para encontrarse con este tipo de gente mal educada ruda!

I would highly suggest this hotel for your Miami stay…The staff was so understanding and pleasant..The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast should have more option but other then that beautiful stay.

Staff was great and friendly. Hotel was quiet and clean. Only issue I had was we had no pillows or bedding for the pull out. When I went down to ask for the bedding and pillows, I just received the bedding and was told they were short on pillows, not very comfortable sleeping.

Nice hotel. However, our windows faced the highway, so it was loud at night time. You need better insulation for sure!
