The manger on duty Orlando and his front staff attendants really tried to get over on my partner and I. I booked a reservation and we tried to do early check in, they told us a room wasn’t ready and asked my partner if he wanted to book a new reservation and he did for the same room I had already paid for and Orlando tried to say he didn’t see a problem on their end. I had to call customer care to get proper assistance and my refund for both reservations. Supervisor Marge was amazing and assisted in getting my family and I in a new hotel

The property itself was Ok but they only had one shuttle bus (to and from) the airport. You either got on a packed bus or waited for an hour or more. Also, since the hotel is pet friendly we heard a dog barking (who had been left alone) from 6pm until midnight. If the owner was going to bring the dog/dogs they should have taken them with them or stayed in the room. The dogs were across the hall from us; we had to leave the next day on a cruise.

The room was clean, staff was kind, the breakfast was good. The only downside is that the beds are rock hard. Not very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and fairly modernized.

The breakfast, the location, how clean it was and the airport shuttle was a plus. The only thing was a mysterious charge on my credit card of $10USD that no one seemed to know why that happened. Would definitely be staying there again.

I found bed bugs in every towel and linen they had. I stayed for 8 nights and they cleaned the room 3 times total, but when they did they only picked up trash and made the beds. They did not mop the dirty sticky floor

The room was very clean and a lot more spacious than expected. The staff was professional and friendly. I would suggest a more diverse selection for breakfast. Otherwise I enjoyed my week stay and would certainly recommend.
