⭐ Rating: 1 star (if I could give zero, I would) This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I arrived around 4:30 a.m., completely exhausted, and was told they couldn’t give me my room key because “the system was down.” I tried to be patient, but the front desk employee started yelling at me and treating me with absolute disrespect. Totally unprofessional! Every single staff member I dealt with seemed incompetent and untrained, like a group of kids playing around with something serious. The manager never even showed up to handle the situation, and they told me the system wouldn’t be back until 7 a.m. — as if it were normal to make a paying guest wait three more hours in the middle of the night to get into their room. After I threatened to call the police because the receptionist was yelling at me (and refused to give me his name, clearly knowing he was in the wrong), they finally gave me a room — but it was filthy. The bedsheets were used, the bathroom was dirty, and there was trash and dust all over the floor. I took photos of everything. The next morning was even more humiliating. They took over an hour and a half to move me to another room because they said they needed to check the security cameras to see who had put me there. Completely ridiculous! To make matters worse, a friend of mine booked 13 rooms at this same hotel for a group that included artists performing nearby, and he had multiple issues as well with the front desk and staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is fine but the only day I went to get food there were lines of people waiting for food to be available, lots of items not stocked.
