Room was very cleaned, nice staff, breakfast was awesome, comfortable beds, but the place is old and in need of maintenance and upgrading. the TV is unwatchable, had dots all over, it was horrible, dirty sofa, stained sofa bed mattress, etc, but overall ok, I would stay here again but bring my own tv.LOL

We stayed there cause it was close to the airport. The free breakfast was different every morning which was great. Ther service checking is was very friendly. I would stay there again

The property is understaffed. I tried to call several times prior to arriving and could not get through. Upon arrival I found one person who was supposed to be manning the restaurant and front desk. Needs more people; otherwise was fine.

We stayed one night. Not a bad place to stay for one night after arriving or before flying out the next day. Staff seemed limited but the ones working were very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t a big problem for us but if you have a hard time sleeping with airplanes taking off, this may not be for you. We rented a car but would be nice if the hotel this close to the airport had a shuttle. I was surprised that they didn’t have free coffee and light pastry’s in the lobby for breakfast. I’ve stayed at many airport hotels and that’s usually the normal. They do have coffee in the rooms. Overall I would probably stay again for a night.

Hi my family of 14 stayed there because we were leaving out of Miami port on a cruise. A couple of our rooms didn't seem like they were cleaned before we checked in. The sheets were wrinkled and dirty. The bathrooms weren't up to par. We ordered dinner at the hotel because nothing is close by or at least in walking distance and the sandwiches weren't good. I did hear the burgers were pretty good but everything else seemed like it was pre-packaged food not fresh at all. The front desk was nice and the mangers on duty Sunday and Monday were really welcoming but Over all it wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't recommend this place. It's over priced for the lack of amenities and the quality of the hotel.

The carpets were worn and stained badly. Elevators were dirty. The tv in our room had burned images on the screen terrible to watch. The pool was dirty had not been vacuumed and the filtration baskets were clogged probably a health concern. The lounge area by the pool was not wiped down and maintained.
