Extremely convenient hotel close to the car rental facilities by the airport. Public spaces need an upgrade, new upholstery for the breakfast area. Breakfast is basic but rooms are well equipped. Parking is paid, $25 per day.

The staff was excellent here at the Hyatt and I appreciate them letting us check in early. However, I have to say the pictures looks nothing like the actual hotel. The room smelled like smoke and the beds weren't that comfortable. That's just to name a few things that were wrong. Again, customer service was excellent but I will never book here again.

We had to pay for parking and we were not told about this prior by Expedia. Carpets dirty in the room and throughout the hotel. Housekeeping done every three days. Upholstery on the furniture in the dining area not well kept. Very disappointing experience overall and a waste of our money 😔😔😔. Hyatt in our home country (Trinidad) is 1000 times better.

Good hotel for the price. Internet is terrible.

The front desk was very nice. The interior looks way better than the exterior. Room was clean and felt more high end than I expected except for a few things but that’s ok. Internet sucked so bad. I might actually not come back just because of how bad it was to be honest.
