Room was a bit outdated and the bathrooms smells. The bathroom door doesn’t close and made noise and moved by itself. The bathtub was also in bad shape. Shower water was cold. Room temperature was not well regulated. HVAC had some issue. Only lobby area was nice. Breakfast has not many options.

No soap in the bathroom, ants, sink sprayed water, toilet didn’t flush correctly, water in shower took over 10 minutes to warm up, tv has burn out marks, “cafe” consistently out of items. Generally dingy and old. Certainly doesn’t live up to what the Hyatt name used to mean. Sheets and towels at least were clean.

The staff were all amazing and no one was anything but kind to me. However, our room had some problems. Not hot water, our toliet didnt flush, there were ants, and we discovered wads of hair in nultiple towels.

Room was nice, clean and beautiful view of the airport. A little noisy because of the airport but was nice. Never got to try the breakfast as we had an early flight. Easy check in process, will hold luggage so you don’t have to hold it till you get to check in.
