Staff must of the time wasn’t there. During my whole week the pool never got cleaned even I reported it to the front desk. Other than that the room was big enough.

I was very disappointed with the check-in process upon arrival. I made the reservation three weeks in advance for a room with a king-size bed, but when I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have any rooms available and put me in a smelly room where the beds and the heating didn't work. Our stay at that hotel was terrible. I don't recommend it at all.
