The Westin National Harbor was just okay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but nothing stood out as exceptional during my stay. Service felt pretty rigid. After the initial check-in, I was told they couldn’t provide an extra bottle of water, which was surprising for a Westin. I also requested a late checkout and wasn’t able to get anything beyond 12pm, which felt a bit inflexible. Parking was another downside. Valet is $55 per night, and self-parking is $25 after four hours, but the charge resets every time you leave, which adds up quickly and feels unnecessary. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel and it does the job, but it lacks the little touches that make a stay feel elevated. Fine if you need a place to stay at National Harbor, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the stunning views of the surrounding area from my balcony. The hotel offers a fantastic range of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a stunning outdoor pool area, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the menu featured a delightful selection of dishes, all expertly prepared. Located conveniently near the airport and major attractions, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Hotel Intercontinental Doral for anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in the area. I can't wait to go back!
