We enjoyed our stay here but the property could definitely use some maintenance. The value of its location, price and free parking outweighed its maintenance issues so we would stay again if we’re in the area.

The room and property was as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfy. The blankets a bit outdated but goes with the theme/history of the aged hotel. Newly renovated, good a/c, free WiFi, and lots of channels for television watchers. The place was clean and in a very convenient location to shopping, the beach, the Fillmore Theater and the Convention Center. I would absolutely stay again.

This is somewhat of a hidden gem in South Beach. It is an old property, the front desk even had old-school mailboxes for each room and you have a real physical key. Art deco, unique vibe. Very affordable for the area, on site free parking, 2 blocks from the beach, and walk to shopping and entertainment.

A perfectly functional hotel with a great location near convention center and Lincoln road. It's an odd, irreverent and has slightly unnerving décor but somehow with some flea market charm. There is zero fancy about the hotel but I didn't need it for much more than that. Would totally consider again if I never expected to have guests lol.

We loved the location which was walkable, not only to Miami Beach, but the surrounding shops/parks. Great to be able to leave our bags before/after our stay so we could still explore.before our flights. The internet was intermittent, so a bit annoying. Very arty with lots of memorabilia around the walls that made it interesting and nice.

4 nights in Miami, very good location and side road is quiet and has trees. Very close to beach , restaurant areas and shops. Easy 10min walk to Ocean drive. Pleasant to sit outside hotel or in reception. Bonus is the free parking which although limited spaces we haven't had an issue in 4 visits.

Good enough for a budget, no frills hotel

It was OK and I don't really have any complaints. I looked at the reviews before I booked and I knew what to expect. It was far from luxury but it was however a cheap hotel in the busy Collins Avenue area of Miami. Look, I paid £75 ($57) per night FOR 4 ADULTS. I was VERY Happy with that. We shared a room with 2 double beds, a fridge and microwave. It had a shower and toilet and toiletries were provided with limited towels but we just asked for more. Free coffee and a doughnut were in reception for breakfast. Parking is absolutely free. We just parked up, left it there for the duration of our 2 day stay and walked and bussed. I suggest that if you want a cheap, no frills hotel, then it's fine. But if you want something more luxury, then it's probably not for you. What I would say, is to take note of reviews like mine, then you shouldn't be disappointed or have need to complain. Take a look at the colourful decoration. It's very eye catching
