HORRIBLE!!!! When we first checked in and went to our room it wasn’t clean! The bed and bathroom was still dirty…. We moved to a “clean room” and was given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine…. got settled and noticed a roach on the table, shortly after another roach was on the bed! The front desk wanted to put us in another room but we demanded a refund and immediately took a Lyft to another hotel! I also didn’t enjoy my staff interactions or lack there of at the beach club..0/10 recommend

The room provided was large and well laid out but very dirty, tired and old. The carpet was sticky the wall paper was peeling off. Lights half functioned. Super expensive relative to value provided. Cleaning only once every third day and that for more than $450 a night!!!

The room is pretty old with stains all around .the area rug is disgusting. The bathroom not very clean. Stain in the curtains and in the walls . The door not closing properly, this makes the room noisy. Staff has been nice in upgrading us from a single bed to two twins but the room is in quite poor confitions

Our stay was great at the Mondrian. The hotel hallways were outdated, but the rooms themselves were spacious, modern and clean. The Hotel pool was nice but during the hot summer months it would definitely be nice to have some colder pool water to escape the Miami heat.
