I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian Hotel in Miami! The room was spacious, very clean, and included a convenient kitchenette—perfect for quick meals or snacks. The location was ideal, with a Whole Foods and plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the gym was clean, well-equipped, and a great bonus. The only minor issue was that the carpet could have used a quick vacuum during our stay, but it was such a small detail that it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic hotel with great service and amenities. I’d definitely return!

First, We got stock in the elevator with an employee. When they finally got us out, they apologized, asked me for a report and offered me to take care of my bill at the pool. At the time of check out, I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she went to back and came back and said that they had spoke with the team that got us out of the elevator and they said they had never offer me that. Practically, she told me I was a liar. Also, very rude bartender at the pool and I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the room service. I went there to celebrate my anniversary and it was a total disappointment.

This is probably one of the worse places we’ve ever stayed . Not only wasn’t there any hospitality , the staff was extremely rude! The aesthetics were nice and the pool was the highlight . But be prepared to have a huge deposit hold on your credit card .

When we first got there they had checked us in and asked for a $1300 hold for anything that needed to be charged for damages and for their amenities. That was not previously disclosed when booking but aside from that with the amount we were paying and we stayed for a week there was no housekeeping the entire time we were there. We had to keep asking the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Regarding to the amenities that they charge $300 which included pool side service, we barely got any assistance, no one came over to give us menus or ask if we wanted anything to drink. The amenities also included parasailing and paddle boarding which every time we called to schedule a time they would tell us there was no possibility to schedule due to one thing or another like high winds or rain which we did not get any rain. They also would make an excuse that there was maintenance being done or there were no charter to take us on whatever day it was we would call. I am just upset because it was something we were looking forward to and wanted to take advantage of as it was included in the $300 fee and we did not get the chance to do it. The restaurant inside had weird hours for food and made no sense Overall I am just very disappointed in the stay. I expected more accommodation especially with the money we were spending.

I think the esthetics was great but customer service was horrible. The front desk/ staff of the place lacked speaking English so either they were ignoring you or avoiding you . I celebrated my children birthdays and they said mom we should have went to wildwood. Pray fully they can make some corrections
