The pool area is beautiful and the location is great. However the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Uncomfortable pillows and dingy bathrooms. Definitely not 4 star quality that I’m used to.

Meh is the best I can say. The furniture on the balcony is peeling and looks in bad shape. The curtains were stained and def not taken care of. The comforter on the bed had stains. The floor felt sticky and my feet were dirty walking on them. The bed was very hard and low to the ground. The price for SoBe area is almost too high for the quality of the room.

Hotel needs urgently an upgrade

Very low tech the tv is really old they need to do an upgrade they don’t even have the usb charger. Not a speaker or clock to see the hour. The blow dryer wasn’t functioning and I called to get another one and they took almost an hour to bring another one. Unfortunately I’d never stay here again.

This is a place I always keep coming back to! Service is exceptional from front desk to doorman to pool staff! I can’t think of a bad thing about this place and look forward to each visit. I have when I come here.

Great location— $46/night parking is no bargain. Dining options are limited. Got seated at the bar (no table available) for my $150 dinner and then got surrounded by a boisterous crowd— not a lot of fun. Took 8 hours and three promises until Mark (thank you) for staff to replace a broken desk chair that collapsed on first use. Net-net, nice room, but the experience around it not great.

Property is very outdated room wise.has issues opening our room door it took about 5minutes every single time we left and came back and used our key . It was like a quick clean up . The mattress was bad looking , mold and mildew in bathroom shower , the shower door didn’t stop water from getting all on bathroom floor so ended up using a bunch of towels just to wipe the whole bathroom floor. stains all over couch that I didn’t even sit on and rug in room was dirty . The balcony furniture out dated . However the out door area with the pool and bar and restaurants is a nice view. Food pricey with very little selection. Left my stay early to stay at another hotel. Not worth the price when you can stay some place for the same price that takes proper care of the actual rooms and not just the outside .
