I got to the property and a man was telling the front desk his shower didn’t work. Then my kids and I got to our room we couldn’t even find the bathroom because it was shoved so tightly next to a bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The pool was freezing. I told the front desk there is no way I can stay here with my family. We were there for 15 minutes and they won’t refund me.

Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, and the lobby looked nice. The room was clean, but very, very dated. And dark. Road noise throughout the night. Food was good at associated restaurant.

The property was very rundown and dated. My room key kept having to be reprogrammed. When I tried to get an attendant he was not where to be found. Two restaurant employees helped me to find him. He was a sleep in the back office at 10:30 PM and I was locked out of my room for the second time

The room didn’t have a microwave and the floors in the rooms don’t get mopped cause my feet kept getting dirty when I walked around in my room barefoot, also once u arrive to check in… u have to pay $25 a day for parking after paying for ur stay! And then resort fee! And a deposit fee! No breakfast included and no microwave for all that money is ridiculous! Not worth none of that!

It was just okay

Sorry to be negative, but we are very disappointed and frustrated that we can’t check into our room at the actual check in time. Here is my Yelp review so far: Not impressed so far. Arrived earlier than check in time and we understood that the room wouldn't be ready. We were told that they would let the cleaning staff know and get in asap. We heard nothing from them...show up at 4:10 pm (10 minutes after official check in time) only to be told our room is STILL NOT READY. Again...not impressed. Still waiting at 4:20 pm. Note: not upset that it wasn't ready early...but if you have a 4:00 check in time, stick to it!! They gave us another room. We get here and the key doesn’t work. This is after a struggle with the elevator. Finally got in and it’s just okay. Needs updates- phone didn’t work, balcony door didn’t work, and it looks/feels a bit old. Toning down the amount of scented air freshener in the lobby would be nice. It was very potent! A hotel rep responded to another review I wrote and was very nice and attentive.
