Thank you to Shai and his staff for an amazing stay. Rooms were very spacious perfect for a family of 4. Hotel had great amenities, pool and pool bar, gym, loungers and umbrellas and a pool table in the lobby for everyone to play. Location is one of the best, walk to restaurants, across the street you have bakeries, Italian restaurants, Walgreens next door and a liquor store.

The lounges at the pool were very nice. Close to several good restaurants. Lincoln road is two blocks away. The rental bikes on the property (I believe it was a seperate business) were in rough shape Rooms can be noisy if too close to Collins Ave. We really enjoyed our four-day stay.

The hotel has potential and is in a great area, walking distance to many small shops; bakery's, restaurants etc. Although, it lacks a lobby area, a bar which you can sit at and enjoy a drink in the lobby, a nice restaurant. It lacks ambiance of any sort. The think that really took us back was that we had to pay for our umbrella on the beach! What a disgrace when you are paying over $400/night and you are staying at a beachfront hotel! Just put it in the cost of the hotel price! Then on top of it, I went to Miami to relax and enjoy the beach, on Saturday there was Constuction of huge tents all day on the beach with bulldozers all day long! And we could not go to the pool because the hotel had a private party which we could not use the pool which they told us about after we booked the hotel! Then they would not let us enter the property to get into our rooms and told us to go down the street and around the block to go in from the front! Absolutely horrendous customer service!

The entire hotel is quite rundown the chairs outside around the pool are really dirty. There’s a lot of rust on the speakers and various other benches around the pool area. The tiles and the stair staircase is all rundown when you enter the hotel the front lobby area the woodwork on the wall is so old that it need a full rehab, not welcoming at all quite dirty.

Incredible staff service displaying unreasonable hospitality. I don't know if I have ever felt more welcome by a staff as a whole at any property in the past. Amazing job.

The room itself needs an update-the floors looked dirty and the couch was not comfortable. The view we had was looking in an alley & was depressing. The male staff member was rude & not customer service oriented. I had to ask for our VIP rewards and that annoyed him. When asked about the bikes & other amentitites-he was short and rude. The bikes are all broken by the way. The only nice part was that you could walk right on to the beach and the beach chairs were nice to use. I will stay somewhere else next visit to Miami Beach.
