Very romantic and tropical area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing, bartenders were super nice and good at their job. Room was little poor. Cracked glass. Slider door not properly working, bathroom dirty with bugs. Room needs work but the rest was great.

Great location ! The rooms advertise that they fit 4 adults, but pull out (futon) in living room area is tiny barely fits one person. I have 2 teenage sons and it was very uncomfortable for them. When I asked for a cot, I was told there was a waiting list for cots and I never got one. Otherwise great hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at Sagamore. Staff was very friendly, drinks pool side were excellent ,food The room was very spacious, comfortable can use a little facelift. Location excellent, close to all restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend it.
