Staff was very welcoming- and awesome location with beach and shopping and dinning close by. It was a bit crowded on the strip, but the hotel is a very nice escape that brings you to an era of class and charm with piano in the lobby and water upon arrival with very warm welcomes. Decor was very well done and beds very comfortable. Felt very cared for, safe, while enjoying the location! Most of the hotels around us were very loud and lots of live music- too intense for me, but this hotel was classic and a warm welcome from that!

We had a fantastic stay at the Betsy. Location was amazing, hotel beautiful. Rooms were great we had a King Suite to sleep four of us and it was perfect. Plenty of space spread across two rooms. Super comfortable bed & sofa bed, great AC and lovely bathroom. Room was cleaned to a top level everyday. Are ate the restaurants
