The entire time i was there we had no hot water, we was told the first day that they was working on it and it will be up soon but that never happened. The front desk was nonchalant when we asked about the water like we was bothering them. would not return for another stay.

Cons: Staff was mediocre. Maintenance was lazy, hardly wanted to address the malfunction of the keyless entry. Had to take several trips to the lobby to get aide. Water was cold, never felt it warm up after 10 minutes of running it. Pro: Room was clean. Lady at night at check in was cordial. Made us feel heard. Location is two blocks away from ocean drive. (Eat there, that’s where the vibes are!!!)

As always the room was fresh and clean. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The air conditioning works perfectly how wet I didn’t use it this trip. The beach is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel.

It is a nice hotel, facilities and location speaking. You feel safe in the area and the pool area and bedrooms are pretty. But they are a bit of an old fashion hotel, not precisely saying it in a positive way. Extra charges for almost everything, not much flexibility and an ok staff service.
