When I pulled up to the property I was impressed with how beautiful the building was. I walked inside all I could do was say “wow”, it was so clean and smelled so good.There was wine o clock set up on the lobby daily, coffee in the mornings and everything was just gorgeous.When I walked into the room it just got better and better. All I could do was smile and say that I made a very good choice e and I would definitely stay here again.

The property has very little parking and poor communication about the parking. It is also a bit of a walk or an expensive uber ride to dinning options.

Pro’s: Location is safe at night and well lit Pool is clean Building looks nicely landscaped 10 min walk to the beach Friendly staff Cons: Room service came 1 time in 7 days Parking is an absolute nightmare $30 a day parking (if spots available) HUGE amount of ROACHES.. yes ROACHES. They moved me to a 2nd floor room with NO COMPENSATION! FIND A PLACE ON COLLINS AVE IS MY ADVISE!!!!!! Your welcome in advance =)

Property was/is dated, could use a major renovation. Odd smell in the room, the drain stopper in the bathroom sink was stuck closed, shower curtain was stiff and caused limited space in the shower if you wanted to avoid it while showering, TV’s were either too small (bedroom) or mounted in inconvenient places (kitchen/living room area), sofa/couch felt like plastic and I didn’t see any linens/bedding available so I couldn’t sleep there. Nice location and the exterior curb appeal was good but this was VERY overpriced in my opinion.

Very large condo apartment setup. Nicely designed the full kitchens and refrigerator. It's a good base for a family. It's a short walk to the beach shopping and restaurants. I'll use this facility again because it's so nice and I love North Beach

Amazing property for families. A great alternative to the traditional hotel room. Pool was smaller however, property is right next to Miami Beach! Easy check in process, atm in the front.

Nice, safe, family-like atmosphere. Great location, close to the beach. Enjoyed free coffee in the lobby. To improve: Teflon pots/pans need to be renewed/changed with new (possibly steel) cookware. Overall, I would return in this hotel and recommend it to friends.
