Simply disgusting

Do not stay at this hotel. It is gross. Top to bottom. Filthy. Only one light bulb worked throughout our room. Ceiling in the room was almost falling in, with terrible leak stains. Tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom. Dirty everywhere. Never again!!!

After reading other reviews, our stay and room were surprisingly pleasant. Check in went quickly, both rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and food looked good. Pool area and pool were clean. Gym was the same way. Would stay another night if we were back there

Our room had not been cleaned. Was obviously just a mistake and was fixed promptly but there were no other rooms available in the same style so we needed up in a two bed room. Bummer but not the end of the world. Staff was nice situation was annoying.

Our room, 103, was comfortable and clean. There was no hair dryer that I could find and fortunately I didn't need one. The breakfast was mediocre. The juice machine was broken so instead there was a pitcher with orange liquid which tasted like Tang.

I have pictures would like corp to see. Weeds 3-4 ft high outside in a courtyard. Locks to door end of hall,were completely gone door held open by rock, no key card it had been removed.Room door was so swollen from. humidity,you could almost feel like you were pulling your shoulder out.Spider webs in all corners,floor was dirty,my feey were black when I got in shower.Coffeepot had white dust in it I refused to use,like it was there during re model. Big white streak of paint around 8 in on wall ,it was a brown wall!

My husband is blind. We were charged $150 deposit for having a dog even though it’s illegal to charge for a service animal. They said we would get the deposit back but I’m still waiting . The room smelled of mildew. The whole facility is run down.

The bed had a several large blood stains on comforter , sheet and pillow cases. The bathroom had mold in the tub. The security box for the side door had been ripped off and was propped open. The room was dirty. I spoke with the manager the next morning about the blood stained bedding. I was told because I did not leave the room and I received fresh bedding that I would be charged the full price. I explained to her that it was late when we checked in I found the blood stains at 11:30 PM the other hotels in town were full due to a boat show. I told her I could not leave. My only other option was to sleep in my car. She said would’ve been a good option. The manager I spoke with was very rude. Refused to refund my money. I was also not given an apology. The manager told me to just give the hotel a bad review. They did not care and they would not refund my money.

This is NOT a Comfort Inn. We paid for a night on site and the charge was to a Ramada. I think it’s an old Comfort Inn someone bought. It was dirty, it smelled and it was clearly old. Cracked floors, spots on walls, someone’s leftover vape cartridge on the floor. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend at all. Another patron stormed out due to water and mold issues while we were there.

The exterior of the building was super run down and not maintained. The outside door to the pool did not lock so anyone could walk right in. Our bathroom was dirty and we had no hot water in the shower. It was ok for a one night stay but wouldn’t go back in the future.

Doom and gloomy property. Not worth the amount of $$ spent. Battery was missing from fire alarm. Room had cobwebs and dust. The smell of marijuana at night and first thing in the morning. Card reader at side door was not working and door was just left unlocked so felt unsafe.

Not until maybe 2026 would I risk it

They were polite and nice to let us check in an hour early. Only nice thing to say tho, outside doesn’t match picture, very dingy, maybe a fire?. Hotel smelled bad, room on second floor stained/nasty carpet spots, kids and wife felt uneasy in room. Could see they were starting to remodel, when leaving after 15min hostess commented 3rd floor was better, hopefully true.

Bags of trash in the hall with food on the floor. Dirty floors - elevator, lobby, hallway. No hot water in shower only warm. No coffee ready every time I tried to get some. Trash in parking lot. Won’t be back.
