We had an issue with our booking through Expedia. I got charged, we had a confirmation number and the hotel did not find the booking. No problem. However, when I called the hotel to get more information the manager was extremely unnecessarily RUDE. I have never experienced this kind of disrespect, even more coming from the MANAGER. As he was talking to me on the phone, he was giving orders to employees, kept cutting me off and completely uninterested. I was only asking for information, and he kept telling me "I don't know what else you want me to tell you", but sadly he was not giving me ANY information. Extremely upset about this situation. I manage a company, and we are continuously booking hotel stays, this experience was so upsetting I will boycott this hotel permanently. Worst service and experience, EVER.
