Checked into our room open the door and smelled horrible. Called the front desk and they was like well we can’t move you we will come spray some room deodorizer. I said and what if the smell does not go away. So they decided to move us. Moved next door smelled better. Toilet did not flush and the shower was lukewarm. Lots of kids running around with absolutely no supervision at all.

Very nice rooms inside of large inner dome; you can enter rooms from an enclosed, temperature controlled, common area, sofa beds are comfortable, not bumpy

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very comfortable. Backside parking could be a little more lit up but everything was very clean and quiet. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Everything tasted old and stale. However the lady cooking the omelets was on point. I highly recommend having her make you an omelet they were delicious. Overall I certainly enjoyed the stay. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the food on the breakfast buffet.

The Infested Fun Dome

It was very nasty. No water at breakfast, food tasted funky, and orange juice was murky. Playground had an old slice of pizza on it. Children were running around half naked with no supervision and a woman came out screaming about roaches and bow her daughter was eaten up by bed bugs. We were there less than 12 hours after checking in late at night. We left immediately and I asked for a refund for the 2nd night.

Nice

We chose the king room with a hot tub for one night. Just need some space to relax, reconnect, and have us time. The service was great. Very informative and kind. The amenities were nice like two free drinks per person per room and the full out breakfast in the morning. The cleanliness was good and the bed was comfortable. Yes, it is a bit loud until 10 pm but this is a family oriented hotel. However when 10pm hits they shut it down and it gets quiet. Overall this is one of our favorite places to stay when we just need a break.
