Negative: I faced significant issues with cleanliness during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I was confronted with a dirty toilet, including an unclean toilet seat. To my dismay, there was hair on my pillows, and the overall room was quite dusty, with trash and dust accumulating behind the bed. This prompted me to inspect further, and I discovered black mold in both the air conditioning unit, windows and especially the bathroom, which posed a serious health risk. Additionally, the cushions on the chairs were stained and there were no clothing hangers. Positive: On a brighter note, I was relieved to find no signs of bugs in the room. The woman serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly, and she maintained a clean and inviting breakfast area, which contributed positively to my stay. The Mexican restaurant next door was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Terrible Service

Visited for a night stay to hike the next day, the TV in the room was not working and had an over all mildew smell. I had my service dog with me and was denied access to the breakfast room the next morning. I was told by staff that my service dog can sit in another room while we eat.... After explaining that he is service and is allowed, the staff member informed me she didn't care and that he wasn't allowed. I proceeded to the main desk to check out. Waited 10 minutes at the checkout desk for a staff member to finally appear from the elevator. Explained the situation of the breakfast room, she proceeded to agree with the staff member. After advising her of my legal rights is when she wanted me to go back to the breakfast room. At this point I was not at all interested in being in the hotel any longer.

The hotel was not busy but this meant the rooms were closed up and musty and smelled. Had toped window and run the HVAC unit to try and flush out the air. The bathroom was the same. Ice machine on the floor was not working and no ice bucket in room. The breakfast was limited to machine cooked pancakes and yogurt. The eggs from a bottle and sausage in water were to appealing

I need accessibility bathroom with bathtub grab bars. The bathtub drain would not stay closed. Had to rig it with a washcloth. It was very to get luggage into hotel from car, but there was no one to help so I struggled a bit. I have my luggage split across several bags so I don’t lift too much. I mean, if you see a man wearing a back brace … offer to help? I would have tipped. Idk. Really great built in Mexican restaurant on lower floor. Good think because this town very small, I drove in the small highways from 20 miles out … did not see much

I liked how clean the hotel and property was. The staff was very professional. I didn’t like the insufficient towels were provided and I had to ask for more and the bed pillows were not very comfortable and not enough for two people. Also on the second day there was no hot water to enable a warm shower. Areas for improvement!
