I’ve had ongoing issues staying at WoodSpring Suites in Odessa for work. From unposted holiday closures and disruptive guests to key card failures and billing errors, it’s been a constant problem. On one occasion, I've been woken up by management demanding payment, only for them to realize they made an error in charging my stay through Expedia. Recently, after showing proof of payment and my checkout date, the assistant manager was dismissive, saying I still owed a balance, even telling me to stay somewhere else if I didn’t like it. The poor management and customer service have made it clear I won’t be staying at WoodSpring Suites again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it.
