The Big Chill

The last time we were at this hotel the pool was nice and warm which was GREAT for my arthritis. My Wife and I spent one and a half hours in the pool. It was Great ! So on our next trip we booked this say hotel because of the wonderful pool ! But this time, the water was ICE COLD, which was the worst thing for my arthritis !!! Needless to say we were GREATLY disappointed and only spent a short time in the pool before we were covered with goose bumps, and COLD, and had to get out of the pool !!!

As per website, cribs were supposed to be available. No cribs were available at this location. This forced us to switch from a room with a king size mattress to one with two queens to accommodate the size of our family. The rooms cleanliness was subpar. Many things were damaged and amenities were not full.

A very satisfied guest

We did not know what to expect, as hotels very in service, even "brand name " hotels. But our stay was really a real great one. We were made to feel welcome, breakfast was better than expected, everything was clean and the Staff was attentive and cost is family friendly.
