The person who welcomed us was very slow, didn't help much, I had to ask questions and he would say “I don't know.” The place was very dirty, the room had stained and dirty couches and smelled bad.

Not a great location, some of the staff was great, others not so much, no microwave in the room, the refrigerator was terrible, the tub only filled from the shower head, and the ironing board felt like it was made of cardboard.
