Stayed twice at the Baymont coming from Canada, and although I like the hotel and it’s affordable and close to everything, the hot tub and pool have been closed both times I have came and that has made the stay kind of annoying. Great free breakfast though! Will be back. Hopefully they can fix the pool/hot tub problems they seem to keep having.

During our stay items were stolen out of our room. When we complained to the front desk staff no one knew anything about it. I explained I would be replacing the items at their cost and went back to my room. Shortly there after, the front desk staff returned the items to my room saying, "they were found on a cleaning cart on the way to the lost and found!" It's bad enough they were taken but to have staff covering for other staff was just unbelievable! NEVER AGAIN

Far from good.

Was given keys to at least 3 different rooms, we were let in with the master key after a dozen attemps. We had no keys. There was a sheet on the bed but no oter blankets. Appears to be ketchup all over wall and floor by one bed stand. No cable TV must sign in your own streaming tv.

Our family was traveling 5 hours for family function in minot, nd . A family member got sick few our before we left for the function. I understood that one night may not be able to be cancelled but plenty of time prior to cancel according to policies for second night of stay. Called many times and no one at from desk. Phone would ring many times and then disconnect. I booked online so worked with online agent and they had same issues. Booking agent sent them email so we could get on our way. On arrival the staff once they came to desk clearly did not want to be bothered by our check in. She slid the sign in slip and passed us keys. I had to ask all the questions on locations of things ie: elevator, parking, breakfast times. We did check in later in evening and parking lot completely full. We ended up parking on street . -20 degrees that was so fun. Next morning was planning to take grandson swimming before our event, only to find out pool and hottub closed and needing repairs and would not be open. Upon showering we found only 2 bath towels. That was great for 3 people...The cofee pot didnt work properly and spilled hot water over table on our phones/computer. Thankfully nothing ruined. Both of our bed were made incorrectly and had top sheet on top of blanket/comforter. Tissue only had few left and went to get more but could not find staff. Appeared that front desk staff also part on cleaning staff. Toilet in need of repair. Very dissatified.

Overall completely terrible crumbs under blankets on sheets bedding wasn't even changed was put into a pet room even though I never said I had pets because I didn't. The floors were filthy when we walked in like they hadn't been cleaned the shower was disgusting and filthy it just felt disgusting We slept on top of the blankets and couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Upon arriving When I went to get what I thought would just be grabbing my room keys as per suggested by text/email to pre-register prior in order to save myself time and hassle That's exactly what I did. Uploaded my ID , vehicle info , etc all of that but apparently that didn't matter and it was for nothing Because when I went in wouldn't you know I had to do it all again! Then as I'm standing there it charge attempts to go through on my card again after everything's already been paid for ahead of time for $25 I'm guessing that was the pet fee for the pet I didn't have .My card was locked. And the notification comes across my watch so look at it saw that she had attempted to hit my card for $25?! So I just looked at her dumbfounded waiting for some sort of response. she didn't say a word . Now call me stupid but I think if there was a transaction that needed to go through which they shouldn't have been because I already did it and paid for everything wouldn't they say excuse me ma'am your card didn't go through?? she didn't. felt like a scam!

I just want to Thank Ashley at the front desk again. She was so kind and helpful! I got in late Friday night after driving horrible roads and my phone charger quit working and my phone was almost dead. Saturday I had no time to go buy one as in needed to be at the Minot Dome super early. Mind you it’s -40 out!!! She let me charge my phone behind the front desk. I appreciate it more than you know!!

The male that checked me in was very rude and got angry with me because i could not understand his broken english. I was also put in room 127 and its right beside the kitchen which woke us up super early in the morning with pots and pans banging around. I will never stay here again, terrible experience. Wish i could have my money back.
