I wish we had been notified the pool wasn’t operating before check in. It clearly had been down for awhile. That’s a huge thing for us as we have children with. Breakfast was okay but both mornings they ran out of waffle batter by 9am and breakfast goes til 10.

Good property, rooms were good sized, clean, comfortable beds. Our stay was on 6/6/25, there was an issue with the pool area so the pool and hot tub areas were closed, and sounded like it was going to be closed for up to 60 days. The hotel was willing to fully refund our stay for this reason, however we were not there for the pool facilities, just a night stay.

The main reason for booking this place was for the pool area for our daughter. We were not informed about the pool being closed until 2 hours before check in and that is only because I called to ask for early check in. The hotel offered to cancel my stay at no charge which was nice but offered no other accommodations. They stay was lovely and hassle free, we were just disappointed on the timing of letting us know this situation. Had we known much sooner, I would have probably moved hotels with no frustration for the Clarion.
