I like that the rooms were big and comfortable. Bath tub drain was clogged up and the water took for ever to drain. Shower head wasn’t working either. Tv lost cable connection for almost all night. Upstairs level was very loud and at night we could hear people running around.

Pros: Beds are good, property has great amenities, and location. Cons: Room was dirty, tv didn't work, pool area was left a mess *(not entirety the staffs problem, but should be more enforcement).

There weren’t many options in minot. Kids enjoyed the pool but the chlorine was so outrageous that my kids hacked the entire time. Place is pretty run down, especially pool area.

Very clean rooms and a great breakfast. Accommodating staff and shuttle service. Nice pool area but watch out for the speed of the waterslides as you hit the bottom and almost hit the edge of the pool!

We made a reservation that was wrong through Expedia and the Assistant Manager went out of his way to help make it right! Expedia wasn’t as helpful! We were watching our grandkids while their parents were away and they enjoyed the pool area. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Would definitely recommend this place and we will visit here again when spending time with the kids.

Just needs some tweaking.

The front staff at the desk the day we checked in was rude and short while talking to us. There is no light over the toilet, and no lighting where the mirrors are. Also half the lights didn’t work in the room. 427. For such a big room the TV was in a crappy spot and it’s very small.

The property is severely outdated. The pool area shows its age. The water is dirty and cold. The window sills on the third floor looking over the pool are FILLED with dead bugs - the absolute grossest thing to see coming off the elevator to your room. The rooms are decent yet shows its age. Need to be deep cleaned - extra blankets filled with hair. We wouldn’t return to this hotel

Cold room.

The room was cold, 60 deg. Had to turn the thermostat off for awhile then back on, finally got heat. The tub didn't drain. The floors didn't look like they we were swept. The continental breakfast was good.
