Location was good. Registration was a nightmare. Upon arriving I was informed I did not have a reservation even tho I had preregistration the day before. They had used my information and given the room to a Lyn Roth, no relation, simply the same last name, and had cancelled the room she had reserved. We were then informed they had a room available but they would need to register us using another credit card and name so the lady I was traveling with registered using her husband’s credit card. I was assured I would not be charged for the room!! Wrong, I have 2 charges on my card for the room, my friend has been charged for the room and after many attempts over the last week I have gotten absolutely nowhere with resolving this. Numerous phone calls and messages left with the general manager have resulted in no contact with her!!

My entire stay was good up until the end when the manager was extremely RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! She definitely needs to take a hospitality class, earn how to speak to people in the correct manner!!! Listen lady whoever u are u just made the ENTIRE hotel look bad!!!!
