It was quiet the check in staff was nice and friendly coffee was available anytime and room also had coffee maker, spacious room, no deposit, ample parking, elevator and hair dryer in room

We like the area it was in but room 157 in which I stayed had a horrible smell that we could not get out of our noses. The carpet was dirty and smelled very stink, so it was hard to relax in the room and sleep with that smell. A cleaning lady who I approached for some extra towels was very rude with my request. But all other aspects were fine, the front desk staff was super friendly and I did inform her of the room condition, I brought two young children with me and they struggled with the smell also. Probably will not be booking anytime soon with this hotel again,.

Older hotel conveniently close to a Mall and Applebys. Very quiet. Would have given a higher score with a few minor changes1) one of the 2 lights above the beds did not work 2) the stopper on the bathroom sink would not open once closed 3) the tv had 2 remotes and needed both to work. We didn’t find the 2nd until the morning. Priced reasonably, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Would go back. Really pleasant people checking in & out.

Disgusting! Carpet filthy! When showering, tub had 4 inches standing water. Safe didn’t work. Handicapped chair for pool broken. Pillows were shaped like basketballs.

Nothing incredible about this hotel but the staff. All very friendly and accommodating. It’s not the Plazza, but definitely could use some updates. We only stayed for 20ish hours so it did the job. Just don’t expect any extras.

The television did not work. The staff were unable to fix or replace. The toilet seat was totally off kilter and not attached on both sides. This should have been obvious to housekeeping staff at the very least. Beds very uncomfortable and air conditioner extremely noisy.

0 Cleanliness. Uncomfortable bed. Super expensive for what you get. Hair on bathtub, water wouldn’t go down, it was disgusting. Weird stains on the walls, ripped wallpaper, super stained carpet. Sticky stuff on the bathroom sink, built up dust in every corner. Mold on AC vent. Old vending machines that take your money. Way too hot on the hallways. I have stayed in $60-80/night hotels wayyy better than this place. Overall bad experience, very ghetto… Good things: microwave, mini fridge, free parking even though it’s shady and there is no cameras.

Easy access to room. Hotel is a bit of a maze but is clearly marked For EV users, there are 120v outlets but sadly none of them work. Fixing this would be a major plus

Better than expected

The staff was so helpful. We came a day early and they were able to get us a room that we could stay in for the entire stay. Despite being almost sold out. It was nicer tgan expected. Could use a softer bed.
