Great Hotel

Always love our stay at hotel Revel. Our room was clean but older. Tub in the room really needs replacing. Best breakfast we’ve had for continental at any hotel. Will always choose hotel Revel when in Minot

Called early to check in early to get sleep before I arrive. After I arrive they wouldn’t let me in so slept in the parking lot. Then my card for my room door had to be reset constantly. Had it reset about 7 times. The air conditioner in the room was working somewhat alright had it at 60F and it would go up to 80F randomly and shut off. The power cord for the fridge, microwave, and tv was unplugged and damaged. The floor board in the room had a gap like a step but was exposed. So you had to step over to avoid cutting your foot. Seems like a nice hotel just wish I didn’t have to smell the chlorine in our room from the pool but that’s fine. Just need to take care of maintenance in the rooms so the guest can be satisfied and safe.

Our room was clean and breakfast was amazing! They have a really cool oatmeal bar and the breakfast burritos were amazing. We had a sliding door by the pool (room 123) that was broken. Not the hotels fault but the pool was packed for our entire stay due to a hockey tournament so it was noisy with screaming children. Not past 11pm so i understand. Id recommended asking if there are any hockey tournaments etc before booking. Everything in the control of the hotel was great!

My wife and I enjoy staying here because of 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and easy access to the pool area that is very suitable and convenient for us. It also allows us to bring our small grandchildren as guest(s) from time to time having extra room in the living/dining room. This hotel is in an older area of Minot but they seem to be doing the best to keep the place updated and working well. I give them ccredit for that effort. Overall, this hotel with its amenities, staff and location, provides us with very confortable, convenient and pleasant stays for about a week with each visit for a reasonable price. If you need something in the room, be sure to call the front desk and ask for what you need.

Close to perfect

I didn’t stay on this date because of inclement weather. The communication when I was rebooked, versus when I checked in and explained everything was less than ideal. It was one time I felt like I shouldn’t have used Hotels.com, the situation was rectified, but not quite to my satisfaction. Beyond this issue, thankfully my stay wasn’t soured it’s a beautiful hotel.

Old and in disrepair

Hotel is in disrepair, shower drain was plugged, shower spout was ready to fall off, floors were VERY dirty, hotel ventilation is extremely loud and the back entrance to the hotel had a leaking roof which dripped on you when you used the stairs, poor breakfast, but the bed was good.
