Spectacular Views-Gulf Front Corner unit - Hidden Dunes Gulfside 1506

This west end 3BR/3BA Hidden Dunes Gulfside condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The owners visit often and take meticulous care of their properties. This corner unit captures expansive gulf views of the beautiful emerald waters with floor to ceiling glass in the living area! Features include a newly remodeled kitchen with mosaic tile back splash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, and premium electric shades in living and master. The master features a brand new king mattress with TV. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds with TV and the third features a king bed with TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Gulfside amenities include a gulf front pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Hidden Dunes is a 27-acre gulf front paradise located entirely on the south side of Highway 98. The resort offers six championship Rubico tennis courts, a professionally-staffed tennis facility with on-site USPTA professional, lighted basketball court, and approximately 500 feet of private beachfront with seasonal beach service.

We were notified of this by an owner and immediately added it to the listing description on October 26, 2021.

Convenient location with a beautiful view from our window looking right out over the ocean. Easy to access the beach with chair set-ups available right where you enter the beach, and we enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub to end our beach days! Great stay overall.

The condo is beautiful and I love the walls of windows. By far our favorite place we have stayed on the beach. Plenty of space since each bedroom has its own bathroom. Big kitchen that is fully stocked.

The location and view of this unit is amazing. The beach is steps away. The unit is large with all 3 bedrooms having their own bathrooms. The only thing that could be upgraded are the mattresses they are a little uncomfortable. But that would not stop me from staying here again.

Beautiful view. Good location. Elevators work well. The only problem we had was the hot water. The condo says it can sleep 10 and we had 6 and only 1 person at a time could shower with hot water. There were many cool showers taken. There were no dishwashing or laundry being done at the same time either. That was disappointing. Otherwise nice condo. We had a really good time. Would not return die to the hot water situation though.

Great location - outside the Destin traffic but still close to everything we needed. Great accommodations - plenty of room for 6 adults. Not crowded at all. Very comfortable. Great views from the balcony. We really enjoyed the pools the beach and the fitness center.

Very nice condo! Definitely enjoyed it!

Loved this condo. It was a corner one and had a fantastic view of the beach. Very convenient to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Beach set up business is great too. Very clean condo. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathrooms were also very nice and clean. We only had to get a nightlight since none was provided. All rooms had fans which was nice. Only wish they provided a standing fan or box fan. Towels and sheets were very nice too. Kitchen had all the things. Only wish they had provided more dishwashing pods and trash bags. Only things to update is the doormat, it is worn. Property management needs to keep the trash chute cleaner. The elevator makes scary sounds. Poolside was also very nice.

We loved this condo! Spacious and perfect for our trip! I will warn other families that there are stairs down to the beach, but no worries because everyone is super friendly to help tote things down! We loved the variety of pools. The views are immaculate!
