Room was clean and staff was nice. Stayed 2 nights. It was hard to figure out how to get a comfortable temp in the room, but we dealt with it. I would recommend the Hyatt whole heartedly. It was not very expensive. We did not use any amenities.

Our second stay there…needs improving

The lobby area was filthy. The room was very clean though; We quite enjoyed our suite. Our room had two separate TVs and the one in the sitting area had a lighting issue…was so dark which made it useless to try and watch. The bed was literally the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Other than that, the room and location is nice. PLEASE GET NEW MATTRESSES. It should be a crime to torture someone with the current mattresses you have…awful!

The hotel is nice and fairly new. It’s located in a good area with several restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but when I requested housekeeping, unfortunately, they didn’t change the bed sheets. Another issue is that there’s no safe in the rooms. The hotel offers a fairly good breakfast, and overall, it’s not a bad place to stay.
