Just two blocks from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, Limearita is a 6-bedroom, 4-bath family-friendly beach house. Sleeps up to 16 comfortably, with a private pool (heating optional), fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. Dogs are welcome with prior approval.

First Floor:

・Bedroom with Twin/twin bunk w/stairs & Full/full bunk w/ladder & ensuite bath

Swimming Pool:
・9x19 ft oval, 3-5 ft deep
・Optional heating is available for an additional fee, collected after booking
・Requests must be made and paid for at least 7 days before arrival
・Two heating levels charged per night for the full length of stay:
・83° = $75.00 per night
・90° = $100.00 per night
(These are the settings for water exiting the pool heater; actual temperature may vary with weather conditions)

・Pool umbrellas provided; keep down when not in use
・No glass in pool area; swim at your own risk; children must be supervised

Dog Policy:
・One approved dog, ≤30 lbs; breed restrictions apply
・Pet fee of $120
・Must be crated if left alone indoors
・No furniture, no pool, no unattended backyard or balcony
・Guests must clean up all waste and walk dogs away from the pool
・County permit required to bring dogs on the beach
・Guests fully responsible for any damage or inappropriate "soiling"

Rules & Requirements:

・Maximum 16 guests; exceeding occupancy will result in $250 per person/night fee and potential eviction
・No events, parties, or illegal activities
・No smoking/vaping anywhere on property; $325 cleaning fee if violated
・No commercial photography/video without written permission
・Parking only in designated areas; 4 standard size vehicles
・Pool umbrellas must be down when unattended; NO glass in pool area
・Grills must be cleaned if used (not included in housekeeping)
・Wet mattresses or misuse of furniture will result in full damage deposit loss

Booking Requirements:

・Primary guest must meet minimum age with valid government ID
・Provide names & ages of all guests
・Credit card for refundable $500.00 deposit
・Sign rental agreement & any addendums
・Travel insurance strongly recommended

Check-in: 4 PM or later
Check-out: 9:30 AM or earlier
We cannot accommodate early arrivals, late checkouts, or luggage drop-offs.
