When we arrived at the resort we assumed we would be staying within the resort but apparently we are staying in a condominium building that has multiple owners and have people there that have nothing to do with the resort and could be anyone and everyone there's no resort staff in the building there's no restaurant in the building there's no room service no anything

No pool access until day before we left and got kicked out of pool as we were never given wrist bands and hot tub never worked entire time very difficult to find a place to eat with out driving over a mile except for the beach did have food 19 bucks for burger no real breakfast place to eat at close to where we stayed and roof top at our location where sun set and sun rise viewing was blocked off with Red Tape no access and the pool area finally opened the day before we left but there are no towels for any one and the beverage stand was closed . Asked to speak to manager took two day to get response . And when ask for discount was told had to charge the entire stay again to card and wait 40 days to get refund of a little discount the resort was not helpful at all the Expedia rep however was very kind and helpful .he was Excellent !!!! I’m a disabled Combat Veteran it was not a good experience .

There was work going on, so a little noise one day, and construction fences were around, but that wasn't too bad. The only major issue I had was checking in. There were not clear and easy directions on where to check in. Once checked in, everything else was fine.

The room was way smaller than advertised which was difficult since we evacuated from the Tampa area for hurricane Milton. The room had not been mopped well which could easily be told by our feet turning black. I scrubbed the floors on my hands and knees to make it cleaner. It was a bit difficult to enjoy the room itself because it was so cramped. Not like the gorgeous condo that I stayed in at a convention in August. The ad on Hotels.com stated that it would be a condo but it wasn’t. It was like a tiny hotel room. The only ice maker was in the next building on the parking level and there was no way to keep it frozen long enough. Extremely inconvenient! Handicap parking was a bit tough for my mom who broke her back so she stayed in the room most of the time due to the distance from the very few spots (4 for two large buildings with only 1 close to the building). However, I did get to have fun at the pool with my son. The water was so cold that I couldn’t stand it but it was beautiful to look at and enjoy in the sun. The beach was lovely and a short walk to get to. There just wasn’t a designated sign for the resort vs the Hilton. Regardless, it was much better than staying through a hurricane.

The resort outside looks wonderful! Inside looks very old, nothing updated, furniture very old, bathroom very old, room was clean but looks very old and smells like mold and dirt. We have to run away from hurricane Milton, and we travel more then 6 hours to get there, because our son is allergic to pets, so nothing closer to us was not pets allowed. We read online that this property was not per allowed, we saw also on the entrance door a sticker which says that “Not pet allowed “ and guess what, the property was full of dogs. So we have to check out immediately, and we request refund. We are still waiting for them response.
