This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location, close to the scenic 128 drive and highway leading to several hiking areas and national parks. The hot breakfast was very good, and the coffee bar in the lobby offered great options with excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not very soundproof—walls are quite thin. Our room faced the pool, which made evenings noisy.

Pros: We had a fantastic two-night stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable with fresh bedding and a peaceful atmosphere. The free breakfast had great variety and was perfect to start our day. Our kids especially loved the small playground on-site — a great touch for families. One of the best parts was the view of Arches National Park right from the hotel — truly unforgettable. The location was also super convenient, just minutes from the park entrance. The hotel also had a small gift shop where we found beautiful stones the kids were thrilled to take home. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: None! We really enjoyed everything. Bottom Line: Highly recommend for families visiting Arches — clean, scenic, and kid-friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely low key property with many great amenities-swim area hot tub shade tents Parking Location!!! Views! Dont miss small town park with bridge over the Colorado R &bike/walking path less than a mile from hotel !!! So convenient to Arches! And Moab! Loved the place- super sweet!!!

I stay here a lot and was extremely disappointed this trip. We stayed in room 130 which is apparently right by an exterior door that needs to be fixed because every time it closes it slammed and kept me up all night. There’s also something wrong with the air conditioner in the room. Every time it would shut off it would make the most horrible squeaking noise. I think we got maybe an hour sleep all night. When I told the staff about it they just giggled and said sorry. Very disappointed this trip.

Wonderful stay!! Our rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was fast with a great offering, and the amenities are fantastic. We made frequent use of the pool and hot tub! Very convenient to downtown Moab and Arches NP.
