First room’s carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt. Walls were dirty and beds smelled like mildew. Second room had even more crumbs on the floor, a used cup, and pubic hair in the sheets and bedspring. Didn’t end up staying there.

Not America’s best value…go somewhere else!!

The first room was VERY smelly. Asked check in person if we could get different room & we did. This wasn’t as bad but once I turned on air conditioner, that smelled BAD so couldn’t use it! Very unpleasant experience!

Fine for a night

Pro: price was decent, nice staff at desk. Cons: Pretty outdated. Okay clean-wise, but we had some stains on the sheets, heavy dust on furniture in room, shower curtain and walls in bathhoom had some Spots... Pool was closed, so that was a disappointment. Our door was difficult to Lock.... Fine for a one night stay drive through which is what it was for us..

Arrived later in the evening and the night desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. Not much available nearby for dinner or entertainment options. Room was okay, but fridge not working, overhead light was hanging precariously. But, those things were annoying though not deal breakers. Room was clean and neat, AC and shower thankfully worked well. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, got a much needed good night’s sleep! In the morning breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. Overall had a good experience, will keep ABV in mind for future stays if available.

We arrived at 9:30pm from a 10 hour drive and wanted to relax and rest. We were on the 2nd floor and the hallway was extremely hot, when we opened our room it was even hotter. At least 80 degrees, I called the front desk and asked if they pre-cool their rooms. The front desk person said they do but he didn’t get a chance to do ours and there were no other rooms left. I tried to book another hotel but it was sold out so we had to tough it out, it took 2 hours for the room to feel cooler. The front desk person also didn’t mention anything about a continental breakfast which we found out for ourselves the next morning. I stayed at a different hotel 2 weeks prior and had no issues, I thought I would give this place a try and I 100% regret

Perfect traveler’s hotel

We needed somewhere inexpensive to stay while driving through the area late at night, and we’re so glad we picked this place. It’s the ideal traveler’s hotel – inexpensive, clean, well cared for, and quiet. Nice water pressure and hot showers. It’s evident that the operators take pride in their establishment.
