When we arrived the pool was closed for repairs, and looked like it had been for a while. I feel like this should be disclosed when booking when that is one of the reasons you book there.

Hotel was great ! Everyone was very friendly - room was perfect ! And breakfast was great ! The pool was out of service which we wished we were told before hand because the kids wanted to swim ! Maybe informing customers before would have been nice !

My family experience was safe. However, I’m not sure if I would ever choose a family suite with Best Western again. My complaints were out of the control of staff onsite but they were fantastic and maintained their composure and professionalism. Every employee who was present during my stay deserves recognition for how well they handled the situation. The lobby was packed with customers who were voicing their complaints and I stood and witnessed their ability to handle the things that were beyond their control. I have sense enough to understand that my problems are with the Corporate level and their decisions on staffing levels and marketing.

We booked the hotel so the kids could play in the pool and we could relax in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were both closed during our stay. Very disappointing as the pictures showed it - Expedia should remove pictures that are not representative of the property during the time you are booking.
