The room has insufficient insulated and very thin floor. I can clearly hear heavily footstep from neighbour room and upstair, which cause loud pounding. The footstep from upstair was pounding and make our rest impossible. The upstair started foot pounding from 5AM in the morning lasting until 6AM. It wakes us up and can not sleep again.

Everything met expectations. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Except: The potatoes in sunday breakfast were extremely salty. We can always add salt, but we can't take it out. Also, for vegetarians, you might consider not putting meat in the eggs. There was plenty of sausage just beside for those who wanted meat.

at check in told that pipe burst in room (no advanced call) sent to VOCO another property that we backtracked to get to and is outside of town (cannot walk to dinner) first floor, no provided breakfast and apparently pets allowed because had barking dog in room next door. this hotel is cheaper too so not sure why we paid more for this?

Every aspect of our stay was excellent—pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and water was perfect temp. I’m an early riser and they had brewed coffee in the lobby at 4 am (there’s also pod coffee in room). The quick grab breakfast was really good . Everything was very clean and staff was efficient and friendly.
