The hallways and lobby really stunk if paint as well as the hallway on the third floor. A bit overwhelming and unfortunate. Even at the breakfast in the morning in the trash cans the painters plastic and left over work materials were a bit yucky. The staff was awesome all around!

Great place

We stayed there for two nights as we wanted to see Moab. The place is really close to Arches National Park entrance and there are several restaurants in walking distance. The place was clean, had tons of parking spaces. I just wished they had little more variety in terms of breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, beautiful room. The outdoor pet area was minimal and not clean. I would have given the hotel five stars, but the front desk worker was efficient but unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would stay there again, however, in a heartbeat.

Cons: Pillows had some red staining and bed a yellow stain towards the middle on the sheet. Bathroom smelled horrible like someone had just gone before we arrived. The A/C would click 10-15 times off and on throughout the entire stay periodically maybe every 45 minutes or so. Rooms were loud, we had to whisper considering we could hear everyone else’s business. Good: Parking was easy, check in was easy, and the building was kept clean. Breakfast from 6-10 am Close to everything and across from a maverik.
