Great Place, Not Always Great Staff

The girl at the front desk when I checked in and out was pretty rude, but the overnight front desk woman was nice when I came down to the lobby to buy some late night Ben & Jerry’s. The free breakfast was actually really great too.

Room was ice cold when we got in, the heater was falling apart. You can tell they have updated a great deal of this property and what they have done is nice but some things are still in poor shape.

Decent stay while passing thru / friendly staff!!

Overall no complaints. The staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were clean, you can tell the place was recently renovated. My only complaint is there were no pet friendly rooms on the 2nd floor and I had to stay on the first floor. As someone traveling alone, for safety I prefer there be no window access. Also my window didn’t have a lock on it.

Beautiful remodel

Very nicely updated/remodeled facility. Hot tub was nice and hot, great for after a long work day! Pleasant staff. Breakfast choices somewhat limited, but they suited me.

I LOVED my stay at the Inn at The Canyons! It was such a positive experience from the time I walked in. The costumer service was immaculate. The guy at the front desk was very nice asked how my travels have been and explained the hotel and everything very well! He was also very cute! 😉 The room overall was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked clean and very nice and fun so I will definitely be coming back for that! Breakfast was good too! Location is adorable I love Monticello! Also there’s this cute LDS Monticello temple really close I suggest you go there, no temple recommend no problem I can hook you up with some missionary discussions! 😘
