Good location. The hotel room is definitely dated and could use some love. The bathroom door couldn’t shut and there a broken hinge that I needed to be careful of to not poke my eyes breakfast was so do coffee yuck

We booked this property because of the HOT TUB. We knew we would be biking all day and would want that after checking in. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and were told it was down and has been for two weeks. What???What a major bummer. I already felt like $200/night was too much for this very generic hotel but the hot tub made it worth it. Definitely wishing we wpuld have booked somewhere else. I guess we should have called to make sure before we booked. We learned our lesson. Apparently Quality Inn doesn’t really care if they false advertise. I will say on a positive note the breakfast was great with many options. Also there was a very friendly front desk clerk when checking in around 8 pm. I should have noticed his name but he was awesome and felt bad about the hot tub. In the morning, there was a very unfriendly staff member in charge of breakfast. It was a guy but didn’t catch his name. No smile, no nothing. Looks like he doesn’t like his job. Maybe we just caught him on a bad day?

The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights. Half of the time we were there the TV service was out. We didn't have hot water for over 24 hrs. They never told us it was being repaired until we we reported it after a cold shower. The coffee in the lobby stopped working. The hot tub wasn't working. The swimming pool was nice, but they forgot to give us the code. Breakfast was ok, they only had biscuits to go with the gravy, 2 of the 4 mornings.

The hotel looked old. The first room had water noise from the toilet and we had our room changed. Second room was ok. No room cleaning unless you ask. The sign was very small on the mirror and we did not notice it. The hot tub seemed to have been closed for some time which was a big disappointment since we could not to relax the tired legs from hiking.

The receptionist was super friendly, she let us know that there would be someone at the counter 24 hours in case we left earlier than check out. The breakfast was a great selection and everything was super clean. 10/10

Microwaved breakfast, toaster that cooked one side of bread, no butter, only water out of juice dispenser, NO coffee or hot water on our last day. The rooms were ok though small for a 3 night stay. The fridge/freezer was falling to pieces. The shower was a "pod" shape and the door was not installed well so water soaked the mat! One good thing was the laundry room, though one washer was broken. I'm sad I booked this hotel. Moab is beautiful...the service at this hotel is not!

Kind friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Was not impressed with the breakfast. Be aware the of the speed traps. Doing the speed limit is a must or you will be ticketed.
