The hotel looked old. The first room had water noise from the toilet and we had our room changed. Second room was ok. No room cleaning unless you ask. The sign was very small on the mirror and we did not notice it. The hot tub seemed to have been closed for some time which was a big disappointment since we could not to relax the tired legs from hiking.

The receptionist was super friendly, she let us know that there would be someone at the counter 24 hours in case we left earlier than check out. The breakfast was a great selection and everything was super clean. 10/10

Stay somewhere else

Microwaved breakfast, toaster that cooked one side of bread, no butter, only water out of juice dispenser, NO coffee or hot water on our last day. The rooms were ok though small for a 3 night stay. The fridge/freezer was falling to pieces. The shower was a "pod" shape and the door was not installed well so water soaked the mat! One good thing was the laundry room, though one washer was broken. I'm sad I booked this hotel. Moab is beautiful...the service at this hotel is not!

Kind friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Was not impressed with the breakfast. Be aware the of the speed traps. Doing the speed limit is a must or you will be ticketed.

This is a great place for if you have your dogs with you. Close to town and had a nice pool. The staff extended our check out time to noon instead of 11 which was very helpful for us!

Less than minimal effort by receptionist. Did not stand up or acknowledge me when I arrived at the desk. She was sitting down and I did not see her. I rang the bell and she still did not acknowledge me. When I finally saw her, she spoke in such a quiet voice she had to repeat things several times.
