We stayed last minute after switching from a lower quality hotel. The service was friendly and accommodating. The staff was working hard to keep the lobby clean despite the constant presence of snow and salt residue from shoes. Food was well stocked and delicious and they accommodated for a broken juice dispenser with juice available in the mini fridge. Pool was clean and a nice temperature with plenty of clean towels.

Danie, the front desk clerk, was fantastic!! The location was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. This hotel is across the parking lot from the airport so I expected some noise. If I didn’t see the airport from my room, I wouldn’t have known it was there at all. Breakfast could have used some help. It’s a standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast so not terrible but not great

Name brand toiletries in the bathrooms was what really caught my eye! 🤩 None of that tiny squeeze bottle, generic hotel Shampoo and conditioner…or sometimes the 3-in-1 wish body wash! Absolutely not! 🙅‍♀️❌ The entire hotel was clean, updated and located right on airport property, with shuttle service to and from the terminal! My husband and I drove 6 hrs to see a Concert at a venue in Moline, we actually arrived a few minutes passed our check in time due to construction traffic, we called ahead to let them know about the delay and said they wouldn’t be charging us a late fee simply because it was communicated! 5/5 stars ⭐️ Will be staying here for any trip to the West Illinois area!!
