Everything is great! Parking not so much! Employees park at the entrance so it’s no where to unload your luggage and my mom is handicap so had to unload her from the parking lot vs at the front door.

Did not enjoy this stay. Changed room twice because of flooded floors caused fowl smell of vomit and mildew. Hotel provided an upgraded room to a King Suite, However third room air conditioning was so loud each time it turned on and off; made it difficult to sleep. Paid $17.00 for 5 jumbo fried shrimp. - not worth it. Additional parking fee.

The property was convenient but the AC unit in our room on the first floor was extremely loud in our room, which made it hard to sleep. Ended up having to turn the AC off. This should have been resolved by maintenance checks before having guests stay.

Lobby was beautiful, loved there was a bar and Starbucks coffee. The pool area wasn’t as nice as the rest of the property. The rooms were nice, bathroom was beautiful. There were a few instances with miscommunication about the actual fees due at check in. The night previous our stay, I tried to transfer our reservation to another Double Tree, Expedia customer service was very hard to understand communicate with. For some reason the transfer wasn’t allowed, I was never given a reason for why it’s not allowed. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend away from home.

Disappointing Hilton

First thing, you see greeted with pay by phone parking …. right next to a Lowe’s parking lot. The furniture in the room was all damaged. The microwave was hanging halfway off the table it was on, broken lampshades, gouges in the furniture (they tried to hide some with a trash can), exposed ribbing on a chair. The air conditioning was like having a jet engine in the room with us.
